So last Thursday my idiot, druggie adopted Bro broke into a house, one that a couple let him live in all winter cause they felt sorry for him. He trashed the place to make it look like a B&E which it was. Destroyed a $1600 gun cabinet and stole 7 guns. Police were called & did a report & what ever cops do at a B&E. So my Bros name came up and a cop comes up yesterday, not in uniform or official vehicle and Bro confessed and said he would take the guns back by 12pm today. Cop had him sign something but no one knows what. So my questions are:
1) what can you sign to avoid a felony arrest
2) Can they take his paid off truck? Separate story behind the truck is why I'm asking about it
3) Is each gun a felony, cop told homeowner he's facing 7 felonies for the guns.
4) How much time for first adult offense?
My "Bro" is a worthless, drug addicted piece of crap that steals from his Mom, refuses to work and lives in a tent with an equal piece of art GF. I hate to say it but I hope he gets a lot of time but in his mind he wrote an apology letter to the couple and that should make it alright.
Btw, we don't believe he has the guns to return today and I think he will either run, maybe off himself or even get in a shootout with whoever comes to arrest him, I hope not but he's not mentally stabile and is convinced the Illuminati is after him and his one gun.
