I am a retired LEO. I travel through several states every year. I have been qualifying once a year to meet the rules of the out of state carry law. I qualified this year with a Glock 19 and a Kahr PM-9. I recently bought a S&W M&P shield in 9mm. The way I read the law I can carry the M&P shield because it has a similar action to the weapons I qualified with. Is my understanding correct???
