I added this to another thread, but felt it important enough to have its own.
We all try to be careful and generally are, but mishaps happen.
But I'm not sure a safety would have prevented the guy from shooting his leg. Sadly, he probably won't be the last guy to accidentally shoot himself. Just a good thing the bullet wasn't a hollow point.
And that cop, was laughable, only it wasn't funny - said he was the only one in the room professional enough to carry this Glock 40. Seems like he cleared the barrel, but "forgot" about the loaded magazine. But he finished the lecture.
