I just moved into this apartment a few days ago. The AC works great, but the heat isn't coming on. I hear a click noise when I move the thermostat past the current room temperature. Gas is on. The unit is a Goodman GS8 with electronic ignition. The gas switch behind the panel is on.
There is also a light switch inside the furnace closet which seems like it powers the furnace on or off. Anything else I can check? I will let the landlord know, but the office doesn't open until 10am, so I have a few hours, probably longer if they have to send out an HVAC guy.
