Hi all ,*I need some leads and clarification on th firearm permit process. Especially in regards to documentation. Besides the bureaucracy.
1) Does on get a firearm permit (Similar to an ATM Card) before or after the purchase of a firearm
2) When is a certified civilian entered into the computer database , before or after a purchase of a firearm or after the Yellow certificate is issued
3)Is the firearm serial number among the details on the Permit ( Similar to ATM Card)
