A couple was caught having sex on a Florida beach and could face up to 15 years in prison. They will also have to register as sex offenders.
Does anyone else think this is ridiculous? What they did was idiotic, but it seems a little overkill considering DUI drivers who run over someone get less time. Also, the whole "sex offender" list is turning into pretty much having everyone on it.
Not sure why we have such a problem with nudity and sex in this country...
