On the way to work this morning, I came across this fire truck on the expressway with the light show and siren going. The speed limit here is 75mph and I usually drive 75-80mph.
This fire truck was going no faster than 70mph and had a few cars trailing behind it who would otherwise be going faster had it not been here.
I saw no point in staying below speed limit and passed it on the right lane at around 80mph.
Other than going 5mph over did I do anything illegal? This is in TX BTW..
