North American Arms

Doe anyone here carry any North American Arms. 22 or .22 magnum revolvers ? I have had the .22 long rifle but am interested in getting the Black widow 2" barrel version with both long rifle and magnum cylinders. How affective are these guns ? Are they worth carrying ? I personally feel since they are generally the size of a pocket knife, I would rather have one of these in place of a knife. What do you guy's think ?
