GEN 3 G22 40-9 conversion problem

In my gen 3 G22 with LWD 40-9 conversion barrel and 9mm mags
I"m having a problem with FTE (stovpipes) ejection problems
The problem is intermittently happening. runs 99 percent.
Mostly during fast fire like uspsa matches

It ran fine for a couple of thousand rounds or more with no problems.

since the problem started
I have replaced the factory spring with a metal guide rod and 2LB lighter recoil spring. but still have problem

Any ideas on the cause of this problem?

thinking of replacing the extractor and ejector if it would help.
