Cell phones and calling 911...

First, my cell phone still has the area code from where I lived when I first got it.



Second, I discontinued my local land line.



Third, I set it to shut down after a minute of inactivity.



So...if I call 911 from this phone at my house can they find it?



Will they be able to track this phone once it shuts down due to inactivity?
