Employer access to employee Facebook/Twitter

I hadn't heard of this before today, but the Arkansas House voted 99-1 in favor of forcing employees to friend/follow their employers on Facebook and/or Twitter. Luckily, it was shot down in the Senate today. The notion pisses me off thoroughly.
