My brother and I went in 1/2s on a house we plan to rent out.
The house has two attic installed, yea I know it's a southern thing, 10yo, 50gal, gas water heaters that look great, zero rust on top etc. However, they've likely never had any maintenance. They seem to work just fine.
1. Should I drain/flush/clean them out and replace the anodes?

2. Do nothing?
