I emailed them last month about a ruger 22/45 they showed in stock, they emaild me back saying it was sold, a few days later on 3/3/15 April calls me and tells me they have another one in stock ( there is 2 more in gunbroker with 4 and 5 days to go ) so I figure this will be faster ...WRONG... I call 2 days later to get a tracking # and april tells me " I'm sorry, I still don't have it,I guess its the weather up north" .
She tells me she will ship it Monday morning , I call Monday 3/9/15 afternoon and she tell me she needs to talk to my FFL before sending the gun ( I have use the same FFL for the last 2 years without a problem) , I tell her my FFL is moving next Monday 3/16/15 and she tell me " no problem I'll ship tomorrow morning and they will get it Friday. Tuesday I finally get a tracking number and when I check it shows delivery on Friday, so I think im good ...WRONG...
I check the tracking on Friday and now it shows delivery on Monday ( my FFL is closed on Monday and they will be on the new building), when I call April to asker WTF she proceeds to tell me that UPS probably forgot to turn the gun in on time?????? I call UPS and they tell me that she printed the ticket on TUE. but didn't give them the gun until wed. I called her back again and she tell me that UPS is lying and get really rude on the phone, I tell her that she needs to call UPS for a change of address and she tells me " I'll do it between now and Monday" and hangs up on me. Of course she never calls so UPS make the first attempt on Monday to the old location and they show "closed" on the tracking # , on on tue. they make the second attempt and now the tracking shows " invalid address , no longer there " .
I called her again this morning to tell her she need to call UPS to give them the new Address and she starts screaming on the phone about my FFL messing up for not being ther and I tell her she need to call UPS and she tell me is not her responsibility since the gun is not in her hands and that my dealer needs to call and she hangs up on me again. So after that I call my CC company to tell them what happened and they immediately issue a credit back on my account. I called my FFL to tell them to refuse the gun if ever shows up, and magically about an hour later I get an alert from my UPS and she finally called to change the address.
Stay away from these clowns, I don't know if everybody is the same there but april is nice until she gets the money to order the gun to send it to you and then she couldn't care less if you ever buy from them again.
