I have only had a few years of experience owning handguns, coming from a long gun background. I would like to ask the opinions of the more seasoned CHL holders on this forum.
I am growing wary of 9MM making such small holes, and have read of MULTIPLE 9MM injuries commonly sustained before they died. The greater number of bullets I unleash the statistically greater likelihood that I will miss the BG and hurt an innocent. That is why I bought my 30S, multiple shots are not as frequently required to stop a threat.
I have three Glocks: a 19, 26, and 30S. On both 9MMs I use CT laser grips (I have had my 54 year old eyes my entire life, and they are not as strong as they were 20 years ago). CT does not make a laser grip for the 30S, so I keep that for HD and carry the 19.
Would a G32 or G33 allow me to combine the positives of both the 9MM and .45ACP calibers? CT makes a laser grip for those models of Glock. 357 is a proven man stopper, and on paper it looks like it would have stopping power similar to the .45ACP combined with the accuracy of the 9MM.
Any thoughts? All opinions are welcome!
