Picked up a PMR30 last Spring from one of my LGS's. Took it out to the range maybe 6 times last summer, bright sunny days. Just a fun gun to shoot. The guys would really start looking at me around rd20, and shaking there heads when the slide stopped on number 30:). Several of the guys told me it had a heck of a muzzle flash but I just didn't seem to notice it. I took it to the indoor range this winter, and it isn't brightly lit when looking down range. You just need to stop your targets under a light bank and then they pop bright. WWEEELLL the muzzle flash I experienced under these conditions made me laugh. I've seen black powder rifles with less muzzle flash then this thing... It would definitely ruin your night vision at night if you were already adjusted to it... Still a fun gun to shoot for something different!
