I have a Suzuki king quad 450...with a plow.
I use it for snow for my 500 ft drive way plus 3 other elderly neighbors. As well as hauling wood, and other type things. I have 4 acres of wooded lot. I bought it in 2009 for $6500
I decided not to get the power steering because it was another $2k.
I have developed some serious pain in my elbows, and have had 2 torn labrum I my shoulders. It's gettg really hard on me to plow with it.
I am looking for the best all around solution for the money.
The choices as I see them
Newer quad with pwr steering.
Kubota or other type small tractor (would be good for moving large logs and other debris as well)
Skid steer?
Used jeep with a plow?
A buggy style quad?
Also I am not mechanical so I cannot work on older stuff...
