9mm Brass, These Any Good

I bought some once fired 9mm brass and while inspecting it after tumbling I noticed a few cases with a ridge around the inside of the case about 1/3 of the way up from the head. I've never noticed this before.



They are headstamped IMT.



Are these OK to reload/shoot?
