Hi everyone.
Just bought a G42 yesterday for a BUG or for when I can't carry a "real" pistol. I've owned a G19 and a G30sf but sold them as I generally prefer DA/SA on carry guns.
The 100rds I put through the 42 last night shot great and feel that the trade off in power vs 9mm is worth the control and ease of follow up shots, at least for me. YMMV.
Thanks for the ramble...hope to learn more about it (looking for a tuckable AIWB holster and NS.) and offer help when I can.
