West Virginia Senators voted 32-2 for a bill (SB347) only to have Gov. Tomblin veto concealed carry bill citing public safety concerns. Public Concerns? West Virginia is the State that has more guns per capita than any state in the U.S. with less gun crime and the issue is Public Concerns? A State that gives kids a week off from school every year so they can go hunting during deer season is concern about public safety? Give me a break.
