Dwell Time in 11.5" SBR

So, while I'm waiting for my SBR I've been looking a bit of research on dwell time. It looks like the dwell time in 11.5" barrels is considerably longer than in the 10.5" barrels. From what I've gathered, this should help mitigate over-gassing that some SBRs have. So, is there anyone that has a 11.5" SBR and can give me some advice on whether I should be picking out an adjustable gas block, a heavier buffer, or will I not need either? I'm new to the SBR game, so I'm trying to get all the info I can before my Form 1 comes back.
