While doing these things may not be completely effective, it's better than doing nothing and letting politicians easily steal our rights away.
For those of you who do not care about the XM855 round, you should understand this: If it were to be completely banned... if nothing else, this would cause an increase in demand, and increase in price, of other substitute 5.56mm rounds.
This is basic economics. Furthermore, it reduces our liberties, and ammo selection choices for no good reason.
