If you're in an urban area, you may not understand just how much the road deputies rely on BP for assistance. My county is larger than the entire state of NJ, and backup in the sticks can be a loooong way off. Obama's Administration has a long history of animosity towards AZ, and it's no accident this memo surfaced in Tucson Sector.
