Tool pouch and accessories for Hämmerli 208/211/212

dimanche 22 février 2015

One of our prominent collectors here on this forum has finally caved in to my pressure and repeated recommendations of the Hämmerli Jägerschaftspistole, also known as model 212 and starts displaying an interest in these fine guns.

This gun was made for a specific competition of the German Hunter's Association (DJV) and has a safety. It goes back to the pre-war Walther Olympia.

Those guns demand pretty hefty prices in the States and care should be taken that all original accessories are included, tesst target, manual, spare mag and tool pouch.

Since I have not found any list of what the tool pouch originally contained, I checked my stash and show a photo of one.

The screw driver is marked P B 140 and is not like the regular German small red screwdrivers from Belzer, Wiha, or Anschütz which are pictured in the second photo with the magazines.

There were three kind of tool pouches that I am aware of, the red roll, a red pouch and a green pouch.

There are two different magazines I am aware of, the steel followers on earlier mags and the plastic follower on the later model, some of them marked for 5 and 8 rounds.

And so that everone else gets an idea what gun we are talking about:wavey::
