Underwood 10mm, 200gr JHP - Holy Crap

jeudi 16 avril 2015

I put a KKM 4.7" barrel in my G29 and mounted a Trijicon 3.25 RMR on it. I ordered some Underwood 200gr JHP of the Nosler bullet, because he did not have much else.

First, they averaged 1,286fps out of my gun and recoil was pretty stout. Secondly, if I concentrated on all five shots off of sand bags, they would group in 1.25", or less, at 25 yards. I could not believe that from a Glock. I can do it with a tuned 1911 and generally handloads. I am going to try Underwood 165gr GD's this weekend, which I believe would be the best round for carry if I chose a 10mm.

Now if only Glock would make a G29S, I would carry the 10mm. The slide is too wide on the G29 making the G32 a better carry choice for me.
