Had an amazing day yesterday, out on Sky Line Drive in Shenandoah National Park. The weather was perfect, better than perfect. The photos do absolutely no justice to the views, but the air was so clear you could see for miles.

Anyways, four of us went out, and drove from 7:30AM to about 3:00PM. We did a little bit of spirited driving, but it was kept to a minimum due to traffic, bicyclists, hikers, and other sundry uselessness on the road.

The roads are truly fantastic, just driving nirvana. And a tertiary road we took out of the park was even better for tight, twisty driving. We all had radios, which make things very easy.

The owner of the RX-7 is active-duty Army Medic, and he had his own med bag in the passenger seat. Maybe he thought someone was going to crash horribly? And he was also filming our drive too, from an in-car camera he had set-up.

The other guys were calling my car a 4x4, because it's not lowered.:rofl:
