SBR paperwork question - home address changes?

A friend asked me a question about SBR paperwork that I couldn't answer, so I thought I'd post it here in hopes of finding out if any of you have had to deal with this type of problem (or if it is even a problem at all).



After you have received your SBR approval paperwork, if you move your household to a new address (in the same state), does the paperwork have to updated or resubmitted in any way to update the owner's address? How does this work in the real world? If an update must take place, how long does it take?
