Hey guys,
At my gun shop there's a new Armalite with a flat top but the A2 front sight. Standard grip, standard stock and is selling for 649$ plus tax. Seems well built pins for dissasembly seems tight but smooth. I'm thinking of buying it just to have an AR. I'm not new to ARs I've had two before, a Sig M400 and a Bushy. I've been searching for a Windham but can't find one locally. I'm an impatient guy and like to get my stuff instantly.
My question is if I'm planning to NOT to "tacticool" it out but just maybe put some magpul furniture and maybe a detachable carry handle. What do you guys think? Worth the money and is it a good enough rifle?
