Here is the first part of the story that your partner wrote. Please copy and paste this into the box below and continue adding to the story. Once you are finished, your story will be submitted for graders to read for both quality and creativity.

Yesterday I go to market to buy three duck. Mary like eat meat and I cook for him. We like to go to mall to shop for the clothing after. Last week he get good job at big city. We hope interview go good.

But the interview did not go well for Don and Mary. Alien fighter-bombers swooped in, destroying Los Angeles. In the days ahead, Mary would fall in a heroic battle, taking down an entire enemy battlecruiser singlehandedly. Don would fight on, hatred seething in his heart towards his enemy for the loss of his beautiful bride Mary, along with the three ducks and the meat they would now never share again. All that was left for Don was killing the enemy and the next mission, but in time he began to find something else. He found partnership with the rest of the species in their shared hatred.

Don fought battle after battle in city after city. He would bring entire enemy battlegroups down single-handedly, showing the enemy firsthand the fire they had awoken. At long last, Don would rally the human species from its ashes and finally on to total victory, driving the aliens off the planet and back to their homeworld once and for all. He would go down in history as a hero, never forgotten and always remembered, a memorial built to him with a piece from each shattered ship he had brought down. And in the statue's hand, he clasped a piece of the ship his beloved Mary had brought down, a permanent reminder of why he fought on, and why the species had survived.

The End

Mary and Don
