Company firearms policy

I was in a meeting this morning and the question came up of a company firearms policy. Several suggestions were made about CCW holders registering with HR and/or being on a hotlist with the receptionist so if an incident occurred they could be called to assist. I'd appreciate your thoughts on this as well as suggestions of what an intelligent policy might consist of. Our company is in GA, which is a shall-issue state with no training or certification required.
